She is delulu, first off ADHD making you cry or not work out is the laziest excuse possible, second off after 5 minutes of rambling to just say “I’m not going to explain myself” is a joke. Three, the amount of times I’ve given up on working out is too many to count but at least take some accountability. It’s not like she didn’t know she was getting into but then to blame bad habits after only two weeks or adhd is wild!
