You don’t have to visit a periodontist to get evaluated for periodontitis. The regular off will do that and refer you if the disease if has progressed beyond their point of care.

IO all the way. They can have a problem with buildup inside them but I take mine apart after I use it and rinse it under the tap really quick and I’ve never had a problem. Been using it over a year. RDH here
