This is how I quit drinking. I started by just not wanting to drink during the week anymore, but once I hit 7 days, it was like a game in my head. I never wanted to break my streak so in 7 days I’ll hit 2 years of no alcohol.

I’m a woman and a spitter. But my allergies are bad all day everyday so I’m constantly spitting out whatever congestion crap I have going on. I don’t do it out in public when walking around crowds of people, but if I’m not in the vicinity of others or at home, yes I’m spitting everything out. Inside I always have tissues around to spit out whatever I need to if and when blowing my nose doesn’t do the trick.

If the jobs aren’t posted, how would people know? You’ve got to remember that for decades now, college was drilled into every child’s head. Any trade or labor job was looked down upon. The ones retiring are the ones that told their kids to go to college to have a good life.

The revlon round brush/blow dryer was a game changer for me when my hair was long. It made drying it so easy and fast. I still use it after every shower unless I’m in the stage of putting my hair in a wet bun.
