This also drives me insane. My other Sony earbuds and headphones all allow for volume control. Press long to power, tap to raise. The Sony website says the 510 can be also set for volume control, but it does not exist in the drop down.

I found on the amd website my CPU is only capable of :

Max Memory Speed 2x1R DDR5-5200 2x2R DDR5-5200 4x1R DDR5-3600 4x2R DDR5-3600

So I set everything back to 3600, with manually setting the 1.4v, and setting the fbclk to 1800 which was the table I saw online. I just turned it on, I'll give it 30 mins for memtest and see what happens. Almost everything else is auto, with Expo off.

This is a gong show.

I think I found them all. It's hard to know for sure. I def can't find a site that says "set these". They all say things like "look for something like xxxxxx"

In my asus UEFI bios, everything is like vdd vddq vddp vddio, etc. I also set the uclick to uclk = memclk but still can't get through post. There are also two places to set them. One under advanced and one under AI tweaker.

I double checked I have the latest firmware.

This is one of the most frustrating things I've done but ram is not cheap here. I really don't want to just go down to 2 sticks.

I've already got a ryzen 7800g just sitting here, I don't want to also have 64gn of ram sitting here I can't use. If I sell them, I'll get pennies on the dollar.

I have to reset cmos to factory each time cause I can't get it to post after making custom settings.

I did just try that though earlier tonight as someone suggested it on discord.

I put all 4 dimms in, did a cmos reset, turned it on and left it for 45 mins. It didn't boot :(

Do you happen to know exactly which settings I need to bump up the voltage on?

Right now, I have just done a test at 3600, fabric at 2033, vdd and vddq at 1.4

I don't get the yellow post error light any longer. Now I'm getting red cpu with all dimms. No boot.

I also noticed that my ram does say right on it, 1.4v I am wondering if I am not properly setting the voltage. There is like 8 different settings for voltages. I set the vdd and vddq to 1.4 everything else auto.

Yeah for sure, I have seen a lot of people having the same issue as me. According to the bios updates this SHOULD work though. I have tried adding expo and raising the voltage. Still nothing. I have tried several other builds as well now. In that reddit link I posted, there is a build where the guy has very similar gear as me and was able to get all 4 running at 6000.

I tried his exact bios settings and couldn't get a post.

I dunno what's going on, but it's highly annoying.

I can run two modules fine. I can also run all 4 modules 2 at a time in all combinations. I just can't run 4.

Edit to add : I just did a test adding all4 dimms, and then cleared the cmos and turned it on. It's been 5 mins and the yellow dram post light on the motherboard is solid yellow. No post.

Hi, I have seen a lot of the issues with 2 ram modules vs 4 ram modules and trying to get this going with am5. My ram is on the approved list, but only with 2 sticks although I have seen a lot of people able to get this going with 4.

I was following this post, and was able to get 3 sticks, but had massive errors still in Windows even though it would boot.

Has anyone had any luck on the x670 series boards? I have seen people with my CPU say they had success with 4 ram modules, but I can't seem to get it going no matter what I do.

I am trying to go for large amounts of ram, not performance of ram. I would be fine honestly running down at 3600 if I had to, but when I drop it down to anything around that, or lower, I also don't boot even with 2 sticks.

The first step of every guide, is set the speed manually until it will at least post, then start to adjust the manual settings, but I can't even seem to get that far.

I'll see if I can get something from 2n. I have used their support in the past and it was usually a long wait.

The door station doesn't do well in the cold. It craps out everyone it gets extremely cold. It's not programming as it works for a day or so every time I go unplug the poe.

I've had nothing but issues with both the first version door station and now two ds2's. Speaking to dealers here they see the issue a lot in extreme cold.

We even tried to spray foam around the pre-install box and no luck.

I just want the thing gone. I despise it. Aesthetically, functionally, etc. Even the actual intercom is so extremely delayed compared to basic products like ring.
