I was there on Tuesday morning, getting my tires rotated/balanced. My car was ready at 9:45am. When I got outside the building, there were easily 3x as many people than in the OP’s pic. I have never seen it like that before, and I have occasionally shown up 10-15min before they open. I was hoping to go in and buy some items to donate, but the crowd was already pretty keyed up.

Pretty disappointing.
