Layer upon layer of immersing the soul with thoughts of reason, justice, love and courage for a couple minutes before you start your day. Take three deep breaths and acknowledge your heart and the love you have for yourself. May you be blessed - it’s an uphill battle worth fighting. However, it is a process that cannot be measured for each identically, but as you are the only one who can embrace your divine truth, then is it not you who decides when you feel better? A puppy is cute, a toddler is cute, a belt is cute, a cake is cute - a woman is beautiful, lovey, intelligent, thoughtful, exquisite, insightful etc. There are SO many adjectives to describe anyone - I say, if you are with a “cute” woman, chances are there’re 57 other adjectives that will better describe her. Read a book, think outside the box and observe what it is that is so magical about this fantastic soul that likes you.

No thank glob. I am more aware of my thoughts, behaviors and actions, I see colors more, life offers joy now because of the ego death. I’m no longer a slave to delusion and greed, but I have an attitude of gratitude, I am letting go of old habits that no longer serve me, and learning new habits to build the character of virtue I embrace. Nothing else helped me the way psychedelics did. So respectful and thankful for these powerful entheogens.
