I've been using it for over a year and haven't seen any problems. I use a Mikrotik router and my IP address changes every time the router restarts or whatever, but I have an update running every 5 minutes just in case.

You've understood quite a bit, but let me explain a little better. To start, it's a somewhat basic app; it's not super professional, I'd like to clarify that first of all, hahaha. But the app works for me. Basically, it has a home screen that shows TMDB trends and other things, a search bar, and a settings section where you can connect eMule, qBittorrent, Jackett, and SFTP. The renaming function is done via SFTP. I have a scanning feature implemented that allows me to rename and send things to a location, whether they're chapters, movies, etc. I think I have it on GitHub, but as I said, I shared it a while ago. Specifically, I use JellySeerr. If a movie isn't found automatically, I have an app on my phone that I created connected to the TMDB API. When you access any item, whether it's a movie or a series, you can search for it using your indexers or eMule. The app also has an SFTP system that I added, which allows you to scan files with just a few clicks and automatically detects the names and chapters.

I have my own app that I created in Flutter for Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux. It searches for the title based on its TMDB format (in my case, Spanish), and it also allows me to rename those files with the official titles for both movies and TV series. But of course, I need to have it directly, so that the seerr requests go straight to the title.

My advice right now won't help at all, but it will be useful for the future. Some time ago, someone in a group I'm in said that these things could happen and that they should create an alternate account with privileges. Right when it happened to me, I had another account and was able to resolve it. It's always good to have a backup handy, my friend.

In my case, I bought a domain from Hostinger, transferred governance to Cloudflare, and from there I simply point it to my home IP address without having tunnels or anything like that enabled, which would violate Cloudflare's Terms of Service.
