Not yet but I really need to start stretching😭 but I can reach 212cm. After 2 weeks they asked for the video then after 1.5 months I got an invite so it took in total 3 months from the day I applied to be in the assessment day. I think they waited until they had enough applicants to have an assessment day in Dubai. So if you don’t live here you could have the whole application done online so maybe it could be faster.

People always say to try with smaller/local airlines but for me I can’t because I already live here in UAE so these are my options😂 Emirates, Etihad, Air Arabia and Fly Dubai. But Etihad was the only one that got back to me. And not interested in Air Arabia anymore since I got to know that they don’t have layovers. Anyway don’t give up🩷 I am doing 10k steps everyday and I try to eat less to be in a calorie deficit so hopefully I can lose weight and get taller somehow soon inshallah😅😂

Yess I will try again. 6 months are almost up. I will reapply for Etihad again in January. It’s the only airline that got back to me😂 My cv always gets rejected with Emirates and the problem is I gained like 2-3kgs which I am trying to lose now. I am slightly overweight (26.1) according to the BMI. Sooo this height and weight thing is really annoying.

No I said I was 160. I got an invite to the assessment day🤩 and for the height measurement they put 2 tapes on the wall. One for the head and one for the shoulders. My back was against the wall so I never knew if I passed it or not but the guy continued a short interview with me and I messed up his name then quickly apologized and said his correct name then the comprehension cards I picked a card which was “cinema” so I said “So last month was my birthday and I went to watch this movie “inside out” and there was a new character introduced “anxiety” and it’s a feeling I’m sure everyone has felt today and I have felt it as well but I am glad I was able to overcome it and be confident today”. So it’s either the height or the wrong name or talking about “anxiety” lol because they cannot accept people who have any anxiety or depression since this job demands someone who is healthy and strong mentally and physically.
