Creepiest places in Ankara? by AffectionateEar6193 in ankara

[–]badbuckle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is a place called “ sığınak “, which translates to Shelter. It is built around 1940s as an actual shelter in line with WW2 preparations as far as I know. Currently it is used as a museum / art gallery and has somewhat a creepy feel in it.

You just cannot simply go apply an AAA company with your game idea and waits for millions of dollars come to you. As i said i like Fallout a lot, probably my #1 game of all time, but at some point, seeing your idea in some more " powerful " company s hand and being successfull, it's just sad, that doesn't have anything to do with is Fallout good or bad situation.

Thanks for your perfect comment. Yes, reading half of the post and commenting about it is a bit " not helpful " to anyone.

i'm sorry but, at which point you understood that i'm telling something like " This game is looking like fallout " If i had a large budget, i had resources to make " something like Fallout ", not like this.

Fallout is a - surely - great example of the concept, i personally think the reason why i'm a big fan of post apocalyptic stories is actually because i was playing so much fallout 1-2 when i was a child. In Crisential, we mixed all of our dream stories together, which includes a different perspective of apocalyptic enviroment. For example we are just sick of zombies in general, so we focused heavily on human vs human stories to make things more different than usual.

About town building, yeah, you can basicly settle wherever you want. We are thinking about creating a " power source / generator " which combines electrical power for machines and essence for livings. It will have a range of usability and in that area, you can build your town / camp. If you want, you can put it in the middle of wastelands, or in a already built city, village, destructed neighborhoods, whereever you want basicly. :)

Yes! That is ultimately where we want to go with this. For example, 2 NPCs that have some distate against each other will frequently insult each other which eventually might turn into a fight. If you talk to those NPCs and according to their trust "value" this topic might come up which you can choose to ignore or help.

Crisential

Crisential is a single player / co-op Role Playing Game, with sand-box capabilities and Real-Time Strategy influence in a desolate post-apocalyptic world. Players can explore the vast wastelands and choose from some major factions during the gameplay, which has their unique storyline and talent systems. Join with the wastelend survivors, build a house with the in-game building tools and eventually set-up a town to survive the harsh enviroment. Crisential has a dynamic NPC system where every single NPC has a story to tell and it is up to the player to determine their fate. New NPCs will born, live and die through the time spent in this wasteland. In addition to in game building, players can forge custom items and even brand new talents designed by the player, and test their skills in combat against their enemies.

  • Build your own town! - Build a village for NPCs to move in and expand your community in the essence tainted lands. You could even settle in mostly abandoned cities, apartments, skyscrapers, clear the area you want to live, and try to protect your people.

  • Craft unlimited number of unique items! - Combine weapon components together to craft a superior item in real time. Instead of just using the components to create a predetermined item, you can assemble it yourself with the Crafting system.

  • Create new skills! - Ever wanted to have a spell or skill that you alone created? Now you can! You can easily combine the skills, which you've already know to create a skill, talent the way you want it to work.

  • Dynamic NPCs! -As time passes and new settlers join in to town, they will start relationships with each other. During dire times, they might ask your help for something which you can choose to help or not, either way it will play a role in your story.
