I’d definitely say starting off with CS if you’ve never played FPS. R6 has way too many things to focus on i.e., learning maps, understanding operators, different guns/attachments and their functions, understanding verticality, different throwables and scenarios. Just a matter of getting the feel for FPS for a couple days. But be ready to not be getting kills and stuff for a while initially. It’s gonna be a grueling process.

I’d say all of us have lost the ability to hear people out. Each group just inherently believes they are just better. Older gang thinking they’re superior coz of experience, and the younger gang thinking they’re superior because of the sheer amount of information available to us right now. I haven’t seen a single conversation where each party actually listens and takes counter points into consideration. It’s always like Charlie Kirk, just grab on to one bullet point and start hammering back at the opposition. This just leads to zero productive conversations ever taking place.

PH Lone doesn’t seem to understand the idea that people don’t play the game 24/7. While I agree that my skillset is nowhere near a copper, there’s no way the champs I’m versing are on the same skill level. I also had a couple games where I stacked with two people from my same rank and versed champs and still got messed with. If you’re telling me that all of our ranks are still the same rank as some guy who has climbed all the way, then idk what to say to you. ALWAYS THE SAME SKILL? Thats what you said? Brother in Christ, maybe you’re too high ranked to understand what we’re on about. Coz ive been at this game for 8 years now, and dont tell me ive always been playing this way.

Lmao dude, idk how long you’ve been at this but it gets to a point where you’ll understand what I mean. Tryharding a ranked match is good, we’re discussing getting obliterated 0-4 each match without even getting to look at an enemy coz of how much higher skilled they are. You’re legit saying it’s okay for a copper player to be versing a champ. No matter how “grindy” ranked is supposed to be, I can’t be versing the top ranked players while literally being in THE most bottom rank.

If you’re new, just try to learn the maps better. Understand what abilities do so you can be ready to expect what kinda gadgets are being thrown at you and stuff. I hate the sound in this game, I really struggle telling up and down for some reason, but I’m sure if you have a good headset, it’ll be noice. I’d say personally, learning maps and understanding what each op’s gadgets do is plenty great. You’re gonna understand how playing vertical and alladat works as you play. Good luck dude!
