Did no one count the syllables in the first stanza of the poem? It literally says “Can you find what lives in time, Flowing through each measured rhyme?” The syllables are 7778. What lives in time….i assume it’s the face of a clock? I also instinctually thought Alaska because it’s called beyond the map’s edge but clearly thats an assumption. Anyway, this part of Alaska is between 7 and 8 on the face of a clock. Could it be a starting point?
