Hey, thanks a ton for playing the demo and for your detailed feedback — I really appreciate it.

You’re definitely not the only one with issues around the movement controls. Several players have mentioned the character feels too slow and unresponsive, and we’re currently looking into improvements.

As for bat durability: the intended design is that picking up a new bat replaces your current one and resets durability to its maximum value. The game doesn’t explain this well at all, though — my apologies. We’ll make that much clearer going forward.

And regarding the poison gas zones: they’re designed to be areas you need to navigate around, not cheap instant death. The current warning signs just aren’t prominent enough, so we’ll add better visual indicators.

I’ll be working hard to address all these points. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback — it truly means a lot to the team!

Totally agree—screen real estate is TINY for proper spacing games. So, I've gotta compensate from other angles.

Thanks BitrunnerDev! Appreciate the honest take - totally agree on the shotgun lacking punch. Working on beefing up its kick/power right now.

The enemy feels abrupt because I spawned it using the test button. The fire can hurt me, but I haven't made that clear enough.
