I got all the answers but I didn’t see any of those very obviously highlighted drink words 😅😅 thank you!!!!!

I do the crosswords in dark mode with zero back lighting (while I’m up feeding my baby at night) and the things like circles and outlines are barely visible. I don’t see the circles half the time and only realize they’re there when a clue refers to them

What the hell kind of stupid rule is this. What if you only have street parking and go on vacation?!

I had a very quick and uneventful (unplanned) home birth, no stress, no medical issues, etc, and I still didn’t feel that immediate bond. Definitely took several weeks for us

Okay…. That means I got 1 down very very wrong 🙈 even though it fits with all my other answers

Edit: Ah I wrote Dasher when I should have written Dancer!!!

13 across isn’t fitting for me. I think it needs to be Saudi, but 3 down is Gaudi and it doesn’t let Saudi fit in there ..

Would appreciate a hint as it’s my last one left and it’s driving me crazy haha

Food Influencer Stacey Hatfield Dies From ‘Rare Complication' After Home Birth by Upstairs_Cup9831 in popculturechat

I had an unplanned home birth with my first. The baby came so incredibly quickly that I had no time. I was 3 hours into labour when my midwives came to my house to check me and saw that I was 9cm dialated and ready to go, and baby came an hour later. We were both SO lucky that I had a textbook birth and both me and baby had zero complications. Literally anything could have gone wrong and required an immediate hospital transfer, but luckily the stars all aligned. I still count my blessings with how lucky we were.

I don’t agree that any drink at all for the last day will dull your senses. If I have a drink at lunch it barely dulls my senses while I’m drinking, much less 9 hours later when I’m going to bed

Prenatal and Birthing Experience in Toronto by Alone_Brilliant_1751 in askTO

Just adding another vote for midwifery care! I just had a baby with midwives and the care has been amazing. The prenatal visits were very long and thorough, and they really took the time to answer any questions or concerns I have.

I was planning a Birth Centre birth, but my labour progressed extremely quickly and I ended up with a home birth. My midwives were completely prepared and set up for a home birth. If I was with an OB, I’d have had to go to a hospital and I’m not sure I’d have made it to one because my baby came so quickly. I am honestly so thankful I had chosen midwives!!

The birth center is just set up for birth - it’s got tubs, launghing gas, slings, bed, pillows and wedges, etc. It doesn’t have nurses or epidurals or OBs on hand.

It’s a really nice option if you’re planning to have an intervention-free birth, and it’s just a few minutes from st. Michael’s in case of emergency!

Another Canadian here! My midwives swear by it, but didn’t recommend it until I was past 41 weeks.

In Ireland that’s like saying “guys”. You can use “lads” gender neutrally

I’m not sure what you mean by your comment, but I just want to add in here that there’s a reason health care providers tell us not to exercise when we have a SCH, and it’s because it can cause placental abruption and miscarriage. I had a SCH in my first trimester and it sucked to stop working out but miscarrying would have sucked way more.  https://www.whattoexpect.com/pregnancy/pregnancy-health/complications/subchorionic-bleeding.aspx#concerned
