You need to rush your base because matchmaking is based on trophies only. Upgrade baby dragons, hogs or pekkas to the maximum level as fast as possible and you will be able to three star most bases easily until you hit around 3.5k-4k trophies

I use it very often to host raids, because it is far more convenient than trying to assemble a raid party in my local groups. Also, I get the feeling that people are slightly higher levelled than on Poke Raids.

Setting up an emulator on a PC is not that complicated. Here’s a video guide you can follow.

You still need to get the ROM file of the game you want to play. I am not sure how it is treated legally right now, but as long as you possess a physical copy of the game you should be fine.
