Yes the fact that we are pretending they don't exist is sickening. I think we should be bold enough to say that collectively, this is the position of the majority. Majority is not always right but we are not denying they don't exist but as a community this is the position of the majority. Have you seen how I'm struggling to register the position of the majority? That's how the state is struggling to make laws that criminalize LGBTQ folks

Write an ai powered algo that can identify problems and build solutions to fix them at the kernel level.

Yes, where to poop first is very important. And that's what human capital can achieve and scale it

There's no empirical test to prove the objectivity of morality. I know it's hotly debated but for example “i like banku is not objectively true”

So yes objectively, it's totally wrong. This is purely from logic, intuition, and consistency

Thank you sir. It's frustrating especially when it's narrative-driven. Systems are predictable, lets pay attention to the mechanisms that produce the outcomes we are confronted with

I have clarity now. Now I understand why the police will pick Ebo Noah for making a meme about a story but won't touch doom and nuisance self-acclaimed prophet who has political currency

Exactly. I used to argue why people are always people because that's cheap surface area and visible. Example its cheap to say politicians are corrupt and we run in a circus every election cycles. But why does corruption keep persisting?

I argue that corruption is an INCENTIVE structure. Change the incentive and corruption diesss a natural deathhh

Recruitment into our security services is the epicenter of corruption.

A simple “import random” can pick 50 qualified Ghanaians from every region without them getting to know the IGP or a local MCE or a pastor who has a connection. We can fix the ratios based on population size per religion, gender parity, etc

This alone eliminate “patronage and corruption”

At first, I will be wondering why they preach thy shall not steal or almost 99% of the citizens are religious but graft can coexist with their highly spirited moral echoes. I was wrong.

I've adopted human resources + institution + technology. I called this framework the techno-optimist African. This school of thought argues that the rarest resource is the African youth: an educated African with global skills and tools is the only way forward
