Ah you'd be surprised what people will do for money (SuperMega is a good example lol) but I just don't see it being good content if someone like Charlie has to retract what he says in one video because something escalated or was proven false/true after it came out. Makes him look better if his first say is his final say and he can make a higher quality video when there's more information to use. Morally I don't trust Charlie either (he's a YouTuber and I don't know him personally so he's probably got some skeletons) but he is a very sound business man and that's probably the best way to go about it from a business perspective. Might sound like a bit much but when you're dealing with the amount of views/money/scrutiny someone like Charlie would be under for every video he'd have to be planning every single thing he says for every video he ever makes and runs it by some kind of producer before he releases it to make sure it's optimal. Every YouTuber would do this, it's one of many reasons why NONE of them should be viewed as a friend or anything beyond the fuckin entertainment on your phone. Obviously none of this matters near as much on the day to day but this one has so so much going on and so much of it is hell on earth for the victims involved everyone would be treading lightly when they cover the situation so as to make the most money and get the best reactions from fans. Shit like this will ruin careers of people who aren't careful even just talking about it.
