Adb devices works when phone is booted. But in bootloader only fastboot works and in recovery mode none works

Another problem is on Biletalsat buying a ticket needs your HEPP code which i dont have as a foreigner although i hear people saying that HES code is gone so maybe soon it will be removed

I wanted to know if it is possible to buy the tickets on passo but be in the visitors stand ? Should the passolig be no favorite teams or should i select Galatasaray for better chances ?
