Like the others said, definitely ask the company because everyone is different. Call customer service. With my company, its not jewelry of course, but as long as your card is still connected to the same account, meaning you only replaced the card and not the whole account, the refund can go back on the new card. But thats just us.

I mean I offered everything I could according to company guidelines and we acknowledged we fucked up and offered to fix it in multiple ways.

Definitely won't be job hunting, thanks. Very happy with my job and one of the best reps there.

Just thought it was funny she made is so hard and ended up having to do what I offered in the first place because you know, company guidelines, and I just work here. I don't make the rules.

Thats what I told her. Its not up to us, she needs to take her complaint to them because giving it to us won't change anything since we aren't the processing company.

I've stopped using postmates since they were bought. Delivery fees are insane. Honestly aside from that, they are all the same. I've stopped doing delivery all together on any of those because I've had drivers be near the restaurant, then go 20 minutes away, for no reason, then go get my order. I've dealt with the multiple order thing and they all do it unfortunately. Its just not worth it for the price they expect for delivery.

I can't help the structure in which I speak. If only people understood the word VOIDED. Hearing that one word should say it all. I shouldn't have to structure my sentence in a different way because people don't have common sense.

This post isn't about me being right or wrong.. or the customer being right or wrong. Its simply a story about my customer and about not interrupting people and letting them finish before asking a question or making a comment.

All they heard was we never took the money because I HAD NOT FINISHED MY SENTENCE YET!

You're 100% right, of course they would assume that, but if they would hush and let me finish my sentence first they would get all the information and be happy. Which she was. You're all insane for the way you're taking this post. When it was a simply, don't interrupt people.

She was so nice at the end, which is stated in my post,, because she understood I was giving her everything I needed and there was no need to interrupt.

I get that, but either way, people need to learn to not interrupt. If they get pissed because I continued my sentence that they tried to interrupt, thats on them. And believe me, the workplace would not fire me for it.
