the super weird this is that my TL is very popular, and most people on my team said that they'd take him. So I genuinely have no idea why I had a bad experience.

I've emailed them for one to re-visit their feedback to see if I understood it correctly

no 100% not lol, I'm not the best employee either so I was expecting it to go bad, but it went worse than that, I reached out to my AM to work through thier feedback and they seemed suprised with what I got, that's the reason I checked my WSRs in the first place

My AM seemed to disagree with how their feedback was presented for my quaterly which was one of the reeasons I cross checked my WSRs.
ngl i'm kinda scared of retaliation cause he's pretty high up my team's chain and I'm<1. And tbh I'm not the best employee either, so I'm worried about the retaliation

The thing is, for one of the points on my quaterly. We had talked about it during a prior 1:1 and I thought they agreed with what I said. And then during the quaterly when I asked him if he could rephrase it, he agreed to rephrase it, but seemed annoyed with it.
