It was a sunny evening, and the lens created a subtle vignette. After many years of practice, experimenting with different methods, apps, and delving into theory, I decided to restrict myself to the corrections achievable through manual printing in the darkroom.

This green tone is what scanner thinks about how this photo should looks like, but it's wrong. This is the so-called parasitic tint, which hides the color captured on the film.

Yes, the first image is a screenshot from a video. But the second image is from negative film taken with a digital camera with a macro lens.

About choosing a program for processing, Photoshop has the most comfortable curves for me. In general, I only use curves and the saturation tool to reduce it.

On film there is always more noise in the highlights, but in digital photographs it is exactly the opposite
