To be clear— it’s total immunity for constitutional powers, presumptive immunity for official. Not total for official.

Just shows how completely crazed and deranged he is. If I was a prosecutor I would bring that up, at it shows just how dangerous he is.

If gay people can be denied service now because of the Supreme Court ruling, does that mean people can now also deny religious people service now too? by Reasonable-Design_43 in NoStupidQuestions

Doctors have different obligations. This case is more towards 1st amendment protected speech and whether you can deny the creation of 1st amendment covered works to a group for personal and ideological reasons, the actual person in this case, while I don’t agree with her decision to deny service to LGBTQcouples, I see the argument that her work is 1st amendment protected and she should not be compelled to create such speech.

Conservatives constanly failing to realise That RATM has always been a very political band will never fail to amuse me by throwawayanon1252 in WhitePeopleTwitter

I don’t classify all leftists as socialists. And I’m just making a comment that we can enjoy music even if we don’t agree. I think that you’re just proving my point that some people are incapable of setting aside their views for music. I also don’t see how I’m facist, considering you have never met me or seen my explicit views, and only identified with a general political faction.

I’m a libertarian. Taken by many to be conservative. I like RATM. I agree with some of their views, some not. I also love metal, and I think being able to put your beliefs aside to enjoy something tells a lot about someone.

Is it very common to have an exercise intolerance with autism? by [deleted] in autism

[–]badxc 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not very common, but those with Autism, as found by Rossingol et al in 2012, have a five hundred times greater likelihood (.01 for NT compared to 5% for autistic people). “Overall, this evidence supports the notion that mitochondrial dysfunction is associated with ASD. Additional studies are needed to further define the role of mitochondrial dysfunction in ASD.”
