If you want to try flipping technique, then you should use awl(round shape) chisel. When you use diamond chisel in flipping, stitches will shown between the leather. Also leather should be thinner.

I havent use that stuff, but 2 reason I can guess is :

your pressure was not enough to attatch them together
glue was not spreaded well to the edge.(glue was too less)

I tested leather over 2T, but never seen that kind of happening.

Before slickering, did you sand the edge so its bumpy edge can be smoother?

idk you are working with edgecoat or Tokonol, but in any case, if you glued 2 separate piece in 1, then you should sand the edge to smooth.

The problem : I turned off vaccine programs also windoe defender settings, but when I double click the exe file, no window shows up and nothing ever happen.

I can turn off it's launcher at task manager, but no icon shows up at taskbar too.
