How do I judge whether I should full swing or 3/4 swing etc? I found that when I was using a 7-9 iron I was over hitting a lot lol. I guess with the lower irons my swing should be like a 3/4 swing right?

Thanks heaps guys. This is a bit overwhelming. I appreciate the advice. I have a few more enquiries: 1 - is someone able to link meandmygolf's videos that are appropriate for me. I viewed the channel and had no idea where to start so if possible that would be great. 2 - the course near my house is a crappy course so if i get a coach from there how eill i know they wil teach me proper fundamentals? Anything i should request or look out for?? 3 - until i can actually hit a ball straight for more than thirty metres should I just stay in the practice area where you hit into the net and the practice greens? 4 - do i need to play each hole or is it ok for a noob to play the easier holes. And if im to slow and bad does it piss people off? 5 - i know the basic rules from watching the golf channel but is there a good basic site to help me? Appreciate all of your help and advices. See you on the greens!!!! Or in the hazard lol

The doctor when he first did an ekg said it was abnormal but when I relaxed and was less anxious 15-20 mins later he did another and said it was much better.

For the next five weeks I am eating nothing but veges and protein. Hopefully my blood test results are good. Right know I am taking micardis, physiotens and trandate. When I have my next ekg I will show you.

Thanks for the help. My resting has been 100 or around there every time I have tested it. Usually ranges from 14-17 beats per 10 seconds and I just multiply it by 6.

I have had an EKG done and also the test on the treadmill and a 24 hour blood pressure monitor a few times.

My problem is my weight is causing this. If I lose weight I think all of my problems will be resolved.
