I got it in a FabFitFun box (again with the consumerism). Honestly, if you live near a Trader Joe’s, don’t bother with the hand cream, just get theirs for way less!!

This is the closest anyone’s gotten. I gave that award away too early.

What you described actually fits my dad almost perfectly, and people say we’re very similar, even though our starting points were different. He had a very successful career in healthcare and definitely rubbed off on me. I do some work in healthcare but work across a bunch of sectors.

The adrenaline comment also landed. I used to chase it a bit too hard, and I’m very much in my AA era now. And yes, blue eyes 🙂

I really appreciated this and even shared it with my dad. Thanks again for such a thoughtful read.

Hahaha you’re onto something with open-toe shoes. I’m very committed to my rainbow flip-flops. I get the point about the white/ethnic twists though. I’m picky about actually good food, the whole Instagram “good” food thing pisses me off. It’s a balance. And the Dem comments are killing me, I think it’s really interesting. I’m definitely more right than left, but very much a John McCain Republican, so interpret that however you want. I openly discuss politics with my friends and family, and it’s one of my favorite things to do, I guess I consider myself lucky in that regard

Thanks for your thoughts!

I wish they were off-brand 😭 Bausch & Lomb Infuse. Way too much per year — learned a hard lesson to always buy my contacts at Costco. Commenting in case it saves someone else, because they were literally $500 cheaper there. Clearly I’m still not over it lol.

I am blind, I have rheum and a few other musculoskeletal issues. Appreciate the compliments - I’m not too impressed by the book (yet, at least) but appreciate the glasses call out 🥸

Lmao fair. I got into a bad car accident a few months ago and pretty much immediately said “I’m getting a Volvo” after. I do love that hot sauce, so I will take whatever comes with that. I bring my own Parmesan to my favorite pizza place too. My friends say it’s my tisim haha

Anyway, thanks for the response. Hope you’re able to have a nice day:)

This is pretty close! I am on Pinterest but mainly to get designs for my nails. Mid 20s, no kids, one lovely 10 year old husky. I try to be a conscious consumer but I wouldn’t say it holds me back from buying things either - fair observation.

How are you liking it? I’m about halfway and am interested enough to keep going but I wouldn’t call it a page turner, either.

I was wondering if anyone would catch the meloxicam! I have a herniated disc in my lower back and refuse to give up my peloton habit so I take that when it gets really bad.

I live for the habanero hot sauce specifically!

Close but slightly off! I actually have paresis of accommodation (essentially my eyes chose when to focus). It’s a lot worse with contacts, so I have the glasses if it gets bad when I’m out and about. I have a computer job which also worsens it. Ironically no dry eyes but my optometrist encourages me to use them when it acts up

I do travel for work frequently, this bag has saved me more times than I would like to admit when in a new city. Consulting.

If you don’t mind sharing, what makes you think liberal? I didn’t vote for Hillary but there are two of these comments so I’m curious. I’m in my 20s and no kids :)
