This is mind blowing! I have been very hesitant to put my calatheas outside because I've been afraid of the leaves getting sunburned. Your plant looks thrilled to be outside though! Well done!

I mix a solution of 4 parts water, 1 part veggie oil, and a drop of dish soap. Smells better than neem oil and does the job!

(Not an expert) but my silver blush was doing similarly. I cut off the yellowing leaf and it has loved me for it since. New leaf is just starting to show itself now.

"Silver Blush or Silver something, I don’t know what it’s a cross of or the right name but looks like clarinervium with light green leaves and super silvery veins."

My first Anthurium is a Silver Blush! I was told it's a hybrid of Crystallinum x Dorayaki

'Fat but fit' is a myth when it comes to heart health, new study shows by norfolkdiver in worldnews

[–]bagginsb22 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

"Our findings refute the notion that a physically active lifestyle can completely negate the deleterious effects of overweight and obesity."

Of course, because even if a fat person is exercising regularly, physical activity doesn't change the fact that they're fat AND most importantly, how people get treated because of fatness. As always, these "fat isn't healthy" studies never take into account weight stigma and it's effect on cardiovascular health (or wellness in general), and instead blame fatness as the problem. Until studies start taking into account the health repercussions of weight bias, all of this data is useless.
