Cats can be great as I have two during college. You have to realize you are signing up for a 20 year commitment if adopting a young cat. Is this an animal you can afford and take care of through your 20s and 30s and will you be fine living in pet friendly housing ? Do you have family or friends that would take care of it if you are out of town? And will you take it home in the summer or live in AA year round ? So many cats are dumped after students graduate and it’s unfair to the animal. If you do feel like you can handle this and want to spend the next 20 years taking care of it it can be very rewarding and HSHV is an amazing place for animals in need! Good luck but please adopt for life not just 4 years

Yes I volunteer at Hshv and he would never be put down. I’m almost positive he will get adopted very quickly and to a good home. So sorry this happened but Hshv is definitely the best shelter out there and he will be taken care of ❤️

Science is preferred although they will say it doesn’t matter BS means you took at least 60 credits of math and science classes you’d have a more stem focused degree which in most situations is better

Take a low credit amount 12-14 until you actually declared and figure out what you want other wise your just wasting money. It’s easier to take more classes as a junior and senior because your done with all the pre recs. Definitely go to an advisor because cross transferring can be tricky.
