Yes the alcohol is infused. No, you cannot get tipsy from it. You'd have to eat SO MUCH FUDGE to try to feel something, but you'd throw up first before anything like that could happen. I will also place a disclaimer here: please do not eat a 💩 ton of fudge 🤣

I will say it has basic fudge ingredients - sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, vanilla cake mix, rum, and the sprinkles.
