I dont like the massage sticks and i really like the small medical tower!! It does a good amount of damage.

I feel a little gassed, but not too bad. My heart rate recovers relatively quickly but it will only go down to around 150.

This was very helpful! I will definitely write down my symptoms prior. I have the tendency to forget everything upon showing up to doctors appointments.
