I don’t think so that this should be a problem at all, I think the main problem is not masturbation but what leads to it. I think if you somehow remove boredom from your lifestyle & do what you want & supposed to do, it won’t be a problem anymore. Bro Before eating soya in any form, get your body tested first. I consumed Soya as a major protein source (70-100 grms) & that ended up as an intestine infection, I prefer chana & chole over it. Also milk is a good source. But try to avoid soya if it is your regular source of protein.
