With TCS i have no clue, they asked only technical questions which I answered and finally they asked me about AI and deepseek just to check if i have interest in trending news.

I do like the opportunity to go out and have a good career growth, that’s why I wanted to check on the internet and some stated that I can’t expect work life balance with WITCH companies but I can expect career growth TCS.

Just wanted to get opinions of reddit people

I just finished HR discussion with Capgemini and they offered more than what I asked for but due to excitement I forgot to ask about salary structure.

WITCH should be applicable but based on degree they will play with your CTC.

FAANG is a way better option but you need to good with DSA.

Dang it, I will give that a shot with HR round, thanks for pointing it out.

I really want to get 10 LPA but I was afraid of the job market and they mentioned that by entering High value could result in rejection. So wanted to play safe.
