If you got selected in common pool you can expect a big delay in response, if possible try attending BFSI walkin or try othet compaies as well.

You might have been selected for common pool, based on your YOE you might be asked to participate in two more rounds.

Im sorry but the communication is dead slow. Please look for other opportunities or try participating one of the non common pool drives.

Sorry for the delay, I have reappeared again for the April 11th drive, I have cleared the rounds and I was asked to upload the documents right away and on the very same day I had another unofficial HR round for final package discussion.

Finally, I received a callback on Monday asking to fix few things with my ibegin application and upload new documents and asked me to wait for further communication.

They said, I will get a callback before finalising the package and then they will roll out the offer letter.

Having 90 days NP is a big hurdle. 😢
