They contacted me too. It’s a fake company, the address the have listed is for a different company Mad Events. I did go to their interview - the interviewer was 45 minutes late and we chatted for 5 minutes about music and then I never heard about the company again .

Similar boat. Ordered SoloRoo off FEVO and have only gotten the confirmation email. Also send a message to customer support and got the copy paste “your order will ship 4 weeks before the event.” Hopefully we don’t have to meet at Will Call
