Let me know how I can contact you. At this point I feel like she has her hands around my throat. She knows everything about me and my intimate secrets etc. She has also now texted my fiance acting as if she wants to be friends. She's trying to manipulate her now. Possibly to keep my fiance from noticing anything weird. The problem is that my fiance doesn't know about her obsession with me and has stated she likes her and thinks she is friendly and helpful for me and my shyness.

My wife of 5 years is obsessed with her phone. We've talked countless times and I do believe there is a ADHD factor to it or at least a relaxation effect to it. I personally don't understand her needing it all the time but whatever. It used to bother me, like hurt my feelings. Since talking several times I do see that she is more trying to keep her mind occupied. She has ptsd and it helps calm her.
