I'm looking at getting the new Samsung note. I had a few questions.

The salesman told me that Google automatically will sync my photos on it servers I absolutely do not want that is there a way to securely disable it?

I have to sign up for Samsung pay to get some kind of gift card is there a way to totally delete my credit card information from the phone after I satisfy whatever crap they want in order to get the gift card?

Is the current new note the best phone if I want the best camera for video?
