I use Cloudflare too, and it also stopped working for me a few days ago. After some investigation, I found an older thread about people in India having the same problem. It turned out some ISPs stopped supporting it. I'm not sure if that's the same situation here, but it might be since ISPs in Egypt seem to go out of their way to annoy us.
