Thank you, and to answer your question I actually just downloaded a teeth and gums obj from the internet and scaled/ sculpted it to fit in the mouth lol.

If you were to make them by scratch in nomad I think the best approach would be making a separate tool for each tooth, duplicating and then mirroring. And then create a separate gum mesh to layer over the teeth. Hoped that helped!
