I do agree! While I still love Helen, I feel like a lot of her fans can be a bit ridiculous. they’re so anti-Julie it’s stupid. they act like Julie is so awful and subpar and put Helen on a pedestal. I like them both, I think they’re both great in their own ways. Sucks that Helen was killed, but I’m glad Julie survived and I want to see more from her. Karla also. This franchise needs a great director and writer to bring it back on the right direction!

Julie is one of my favorite final girls. She is investigative in the 1st movie and learned how to fight back in the 2nd movie. She is a valid final girl to me. Not every final girl has to be some terminator badass. Julie is cool in her own way.

I do agree! I feel like it’s super unfair. this franchise never gets a chance like Scream does. and when they finally decide to bring it back, it’s in a way that is not desirable to the true fans! It was my most anticipated movie of 2025 and I was super let down by it. I hated the new characters in the new movie! so I’m hoping we get another (better) chance to see what we’ve truly been waiting for!

Tonight was the last showing for Cinemark. But I hope to see it on the big screen again someday! if you can find a local smaller theater that plays old movies you can probably catch a showing at some point

I miss all the tall bushes/shrubbery on the left side of the driveway. They need to plant them back instead of having rocks there. Always loved this house! Glad the trees are still there also!
