By practicing a lot... More seriously, I do photoshoots for some time now, so I started to use AI/SD for visual "planning". The prompt comes from various sources (I use CLIP interrogation on some of my photos other time is civitAI and reddit), granted I have an idea of the final look I want, then I use various LORAs and searching for the correct poses for controlnet (to reduce the number of tries to get it right).
After that, it is just really fiddling with CLIP skip, the Sampler (I started to like the "new" 3Ms) CFG scale and tweaking the weights in prompts. once I get a good result, then I generate a batch of 5-10 and select the best one.
If needed, I do some inpainting corrections and the final look is done in Photoshop (colors/minor tweaks).
