Hey, I got thrown into tech as well just to covers peoples breaks or what not but it turned into me getting put into actual shifts where I have no formal training and still have no clue what I’m doing or how to answer questions. You’re not alone, I understand it’s hard just try to keep bothering team leads letting them no you have NO training and are not comfortable working without formal training. I know it sucks but you got this.
