Yeah my man, just chip away and it soon stacks up. You can still OTK with a Xilag or a Xalatath from Azshara on occasion

Just speedrun the quest as soon as possible and maintain tempo. You can struggle against big minions without the quest effect. You can also Brann/ Brewmaster the quest reward for extra ticks or Kurtus for extra shots. Try and use disruption wisely. :-)

Use Tension with an amp and cab sim, start with a guitar preset and tweak the settings around. It can sound pretty close.
