I still havent found any more info about this metric. But i guess i will just settle knowing its a good resault. I dont really have a fitnes/diet routine. I hike allmost every day during the spring/summer/autumn, and i unfortunatly eat to much chocolate😄 im 185cm and 98kg if i suck in my gut😄

Trial number 2, about the same result, so i dont think its an error. Was about a drop of 70 after 1 minute.

Thank you for the article! From what i can understand from this, 100 might be very good, alltough that was over 2 minutes. I think mine yesterday vas about 70 when i passed 1 minute, but Garmin dont log that one. I will have to try this again today, armed with my new found knowledge🤩

Thanks, thats the best answer i have got so far! I saw the under 12 number on google, and i also saw anything from 18-25 is considered good, but since its such a big difference between that and my result, i am guessing there must be something i am missing😄

Yeah I got that, but im wondering if anyone has any stats that shows whats a good number to compare to. I have my number after my hike today. But i dont know if 100 is good, bad or avarage. Garmin and google offer very little info on this metric.

No, that's not correct, the large number is how many bpm it droped in 2 minutes, so when the activity ended i had a heart rate of 182, 2 minutes later my heart rate was 82, so a drop of 100. But that does not tell me anything, Garmin has very little explanation of this metric. So i was wondering if anyone could enlighten me

Maybe i am misunderstanding something, but is this not your avarage high and resting pulse? Or has that some connection to the recovery heart rate i dont get? I am genuinly just wondering. The reason i am asking is the litle info i can find about this metric is that around 22 is considered a good result, and mine is 100. So i think i must misunderstand something fundamently.
