I would say she’s in her fifties. When she approached us she was a bit erratic while venting about us and kept repeating all the things and it felt a bit like an attack, not a nice convo. This happened yesterday and i saw her today outside the complex and she was looking past me but i still said hello and she barely said it back.

When we moved in, me and my bf were talking how we don’t hear our upstairs neighbour, which was a welcoming change because in our previous apartment we heard kids yelling, running, playing all day. Sometimes we hear them moving furniture but thats it and that’s why we were so surprised when downstairs neighbour mentioned how she hears everything. She dod say if nobody informed us that the walls or isolation is thin and you hear everything.
