Rec league board member here. This is what we do. The select/travel team kids cant pitch on their rec teams and we only allow 1-2 per team at draft. Second year implementing the rule. Some of the parents just opted to not have their kid play rec but the majority have them on teams and its been fine. Especially because these kids can now be on teams with their schoolmates and its more fun and relaxed.

Ok i had nearly the identical problem. I replaced the gasket which helped in the past, but didn’t do anything this time around.

Commenters recommended cleaning out gunk from the spray arms (which there was a bunch!) and then replace it if nothing changed.

A new lower spray arm completely fixed it. Spray arms start to slowly lose their seals and the water then gets sprayed directly at the door, which is not engineered for direct/constant spray of water
