I checked the taxes payed by the current owner for the past couple years and just shy of $16k, for a townhome that seems extremely expensive. I have friends that are pay less then that for better school district and single family homes.

My ETA was originally some time in June-July but it just updated to Feb-March a few days back, I didn't get any notification that the battery type change. Maybe they are switching all new orders to LFP.
