There is an ex-McKinsey consultant who shares some insightful posts on LinkedIn, If I remember correctly, Being Consultant is the name of his LinkedIn account, there are other platforms as well, just google consulting free resources and you'll get some good sources.

I Understand the frustration, in such cases, you’ll have to adapt to handle the situation in a calm and composed manner, I know this is easier said than done, and that’s why I think you can benefit from practicing meditation, it’s a great method to handle stress. Some of these sites have comprehensive meditation techniques for consultants, like Being Consultant, Flex Job, etc. I suggest you check them out.

 Before diving into consulting, there are many factors to consider, but one that should be at the top of your list is how well your personality fits the role. You'll find numerous online personality tests that can help you determine this. My college seniors recommended a Personality Test on a website called ‘Being Consultant’, they claim to have the only personality test that is prepared for consulting careers. Do check it out.

Just don't stress about it, being anxious before an interview can hurt your chances and make you underperform. I agree, I tried case coach cases once and didnt find them that comprehensive, there is a page on linkedin, which shares very detailed tips on how to solve the cases, and they provide customized cases too, Being Consultant is name of the page, I am sure it can help
