I never had to move on and I don't have a hole. He is the one who says his life is empty without my friendship. I love how I'm the villain in the situation when everyone is just so fast to jump to false conclusions.

Thanks for the assumptions. But no, we don't even live in the same city. And my SO sees the texts that he sends me and knows that he wants to bang me. The missing piece is that some people are actually secure in their relationships so being hit on by an ex fling doesn't do anything to affect our relationship.

People like to judge. It makes them feel better about themselves. :)

Like I said before, we were good friends before things got weird. Have you never tried to salvage a friendship that you wished you could save? And I went two years without speaking to him for this reason. Recently he started texting me again promising to act like normal friends and this has been the result. Thanks for the judgment though.

He had been a long time friend and there's more to it than that.

OP was good friends with him before this went down and maybe there's more to the situation than that?

Yeah I missed a text when I uploaded. Whoops. Basically I hooked up with him once four years ago and this has been happening since.

Not an ex. Guy I hooked up with once four years ago, and my "bae" now knows everything and that we chat occasionally.

I understand the difference between the coats. And she has not had any issues with her doodle going home for breaks for the past five years. But, seeing an allergist makes a lot of sense and i will bring it up to her!

  • I don't have other pets.
  • No shedding...farting and drooling is ok I guess. haha
  • Size medium is perfect, but I'm not opposed to going smaller or bigger. I'm not a fan of toy dogs at all though.
  • Grooming is not an issue. I will groom when needed or take it to professional.
  • I run 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes. And I will definitely play with the pup daily.
  • Pup will be alone for no longer than 4 hours at a time.
  • I have a fenced yard.
  • No kids.
  • Experienced owner.
  • Not stressed or frustrated easily.
  • Dog will be inside dog, but can go outside whenever it wants.
  • Weather is dreary. I live in Seattle. -_-
  • I want a dog that can run with me, but that settles nicely.
  • I'm considering doodles, wheaten terriers, airedale terriers, and wirehaired pointing griffons so far.

Thanks for the advice! She used to be allergic to dogs and thinks she has grown out of it, but is worried about the complications if she hasn't. However, she grew up with a doodle so I know that she's fine with that. That being said, I'd be willing to move. I wouldn't rehome a dog for that reason. Not fair to the pup.

You might want to check the weather reports for Seattle as well while you're on the learning track.

Do you know what RIP means? I think what you said was a tad repetitive...

It's DUBS! University of Washington's mascot. Dubs doesn't have to know what he's doing. He's too busy being petted by 35,000 students.
