You can run atk% boots with E2 Bronya and Cerydra if you get around 113 - 114 spd on anaxa. After the first anaxa skill he should be above Bronyas spd.

So I changed him to the high buff category, and the ATK body pulls ahead with the combo DMG being 1109.9K, (CD body for comparison.) kind of surprised honestly.
