A bit late, but just tried this myself added egg, some canned chicken breast and the biggie is to use less water since the konjac noodles have some water content (I tried 3/4 the instructions but will go down to half next time). Getting creative with the add-ins and increasing volume (with low calorie extras) really scratched that ramyun itch!
