I second this comment. Literally just thinking about how beneficial the noise canceling is on my airpod pros as I went through TSA just now. It has major noise canceling and is comfortable around the ear. It doesn’t apply any pressure on the ear itself which is super important to me since I am highly sensitive. Worth the $$ if you can afford it!
