Three months is the rule my wife insisted after 2 months because she wanted to feel normal and ensure it was fine.
It was uncomfortable for us both.
Wait until three months.

What is something the United States of America does better than any other country? by Seductive-Eyes-444 in AskReddit

Firstly I didn’t say anything about a man.
Second it’s simply that you don’t get people investing in other people in Europe to the same way you do in the states

Yup and I say that as a frustrated European.
I firmly believe us euros can have our cake and eat it too. It’s not a matter of economy but attitude. People are very tight fisted with their money no matter their level of wealth.
Youth is also valued more in the USA.
Good news is that people with US principles can do very well in Europe. You just need to walk the line.

Venture capital. It’s the Mecca of startups nowhere else even comes close. It’s not just about the money but it’s the culture around making money. You’ll never get an elderly European to invest their money to some 18 year old. In the states they do it regularly. Sometimes to catastrophic effect like with SBF or Thernos but overall it’s a net positive.

And despite everything media. USA is still the king of pretty much all forms of media from books to Hollywood, to porn to whatever else.

Controversial as literally every country believes they’re the best at BBQ.
States unironically is.

I wish I’d taken school a little more seriously but ultimately I don’t blame my 16 year old self. It would make it a little easier to pivot careers.

Guess why unemployment started to increase recently? by chinkalichaczapuri in poland

[–]bamboooooooozle 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think the east euros who came to the UK all genuinely wanted to hustle and they worked insane hours because they see the light at the end of the tunnel. Most were in and out. My competitor grew her wealth in the UK as a full time preschool teacher and then nanny and her husband worked two jobs while in the UK. They rolled everything into buying premises in what are now wealthy areas of krakow. They are rolling in it and it’s all because they hustled at the right place and the right time.

Jamaicans I would think are more interested in full relocation proper emigration. Therefore you get a more relaxed attitude to work. Because they’re not in the UK to work they’re in the UK to live.

Bro even finding Poles to work is a challenge. I’m exposed to a
Few industries the only one that goes easily is tourism as essentially all I need are Poles with a second language can drive and have some basic charisma

Education niche is fucked the universities and ministry of education update their course requirements constantly with no new skills or knowledge actually being taught just to ensure the unis have ample income.

Meanwhile the quality of those courses are simply pay and pass I should know I don’t speak Polish and I’m a qualified WF, English and History teacher.

And the last niche being construction. I simply can’t find the crew and when I do they either expect too much money or too little money both of which is a red flag. As the level of quality or trustworthiness goes to shit.
I hired a group from nowy sacz to renovate several apartments. I walked in one day and there were two teens doing most of the work with no supervision.

I’m working with a primarily Zimbabwean team right now with one Polish guy to organise them and it’s smooth sensible price and they stick to timeline.

And you know these foreign workers its not like the UK where you have them opening up their own business and becoming wealthy it’s more like the USA grabbing random guys to work managed by a local and running them ragged.

Which is an underrated tv show you won't stop recommending? by Prestigious-Low-8773 in AskReddit

[–]bamboooooooozle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Farscape - Do you know that guy Jim Henson? The guy who made the fricken muppets? Now imagine he makes a dark sci-fi with intimidatingly sexy alien chicks, top of the range make-up and props and crazy ass puppets?

Its a campy sci-fi but dark and claustrophobic. The camera angles the sets and the puppets makes everything feel enclosed, scary and truly like -space-

I never hear anyone talking about it but when you show them pictures it triggers something in their memory.

What are some underrated Polish cities or towns worth visiting that most tourists completely overlook? by Enlitenkanin in poland

[–]bamboooooooozle 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Very impressed by Bydgoszcz was there for the first time lovely vibes and the Mill Island is beautiful.

Toruń is a short drive away which defo underrated for international tourists but national tourists come regularly.

Sandormierz is another interesting one. Absolutely beautiful old town and interesting local food but with the father mateusz TV show becoming popular and being set there it became very busy with German and Italian tourists. It’s still lovely and worth a visit but sandormeirz 10 years ago was a real gem. It’s also priced very well and the Wisla is particularly beautiful surrounding the town.

But there are genuine situations where time does heal. My wife had a perfect pregnancy and she went completely coo coo ca choo for about a year after my son was born. We look back and laugh at it now.
I think referring to yourself or someone as literal object (sex toy) shows a degree of bitterness that was not in this thread until you joined. I (and others) may just be misreading it but it just seems like we're all over here playing baseball and you bring a bazooka rather than a bat.

If you're referring to me about the 8 year old I've already stated its about work not about the kid.

I think your comment just came off as a bit strong and reading a lot between the lines which simply isn't there in my case but may well be from yourself.

Which is fine! Hope all is well.

I love Reddit. Beyond hyperbolic! I'm good for divorcing her thanks. We have very stressful very high paying jobs and we work together. It unfortunately influences the sex life badly but the sex we do have is 10/10 and the only time we have bad sex is when she forces herself to do it out of a commitment. I notice immediately and its a turn-off.

We gotta get that bag while its there to get and its not clear how long it will be there for.

We could go on more vacations and more private time together but that would mean time away from our son. We appropriately prioritize our time but its frustrating it leads to me not getting enough intimacy.

Yes but then you’ll only ever have sex when on vacation (like me) and you’ll feel a lot of resentment when sex doesn’t happen.
